This is it. The end of Summer Break 2018. Boy, did that go by fast. While we didn't quite accomplish everything on our huge Summer Bucket List, we sure did get a lot of cool stuff checked off & we had a wonderful Summer.
How cool is it that Colts Training Camp is in our backyard here in Westfield for the next 10 years?
We had a fun day at the Children's Museum with Mimi, Auntie K and Scarlett.
| We took a plane ride to China. It sure did seem real! |
| Blakesley would not ride a horse on the carousel at the museum! |
| Back to school shopping, lunch and cookies! |
| Miss Cora B learned how to tie her shoes!! Right in time for 1st grade! We are so proud of her! I told her we would get ice cream when she learned to tie them! |
| The girls were sad to say goodbye to their favorite Kids World teacher who left last week. She has helped them make so many cool crafts + origami. |
| We love this astro-turf park + double swings. |
We hosted our dear friends, the Palmers, for the last weekend of Summer. We were so happy they came to visit us for the weekend. We had fun staying in Friday and hanging out, and then we spent all day Saturday at the pool. We went out for dinner + ice cream on Saturday night and the kiddos had a movie night ( The Greatest Showman, of course! )
| Friends for 4 years :) |
Tonight we head to the Back to School Ice Cream Social and meet the girls' teachers for 1st and 3rd grade. Here we go!
