February in Snapshots

February came and went in a blink of an eye! It was Blakesley's first Valentine's Day that she actually got to participate in a party! She had so much fun and handed out "Frozen" theme valentine's at her preschool.

I love the bonds between each of my girls. They are so different and so sweet.

B is still loving her crib. I will be sad when she transitions out of this one day!

I volunteered at the 3rd grade Valentine's Day "Glow Party" at school. Sonoma had two sweet admirers at Valentine's Day. One boy gave her a bag of her favorite dark chocolate and another boy gave her a teddy bear, necklace and a box of chocolates!

Sonoma lost her 10th tooth!

And, Cora lost her 2nd tooth!

Marcus and I had a date night back to where we got engaged at the Indianapolis Art Center. We hadn't been there in 14 years!

We went to the school winter carnival!

The girls have a special bond with our next door neighbor's dog! They play together often!

Blakesley's three best friends from preschool play together at the gym almost every day together!

Sonoma spent hours building a huge snowman ( you can see how big it was in the picture on the left! ) Just as she was putting on the finishing touches, the head fell off on top of her face and gave her a bloody nose. Cora decided to head outside and rebuild the snowman. Cora's snowman is on the right and it was so sweet that she went to help finish what her sister started.

This might be one of my favorite pics of Blakesley.

Last weekend we went down to French Lick for Sonoma's last regular season gymnastics meet. She did AMAZING. She got 1st place on beam and had a rock solid routine! She also got over the 9 hump and got a 9.125 on floor! That's been a goal of hers all season she has worked so hard on. She placed in Vault and All Around too. We got a hotel and made a weekend out of it with the family.
