In July I started a brand new workout program.  A hybrid powerlifting program - something completely out of my comfort zone, but I am so excited to see new results.  It's a 23 week program.

I spent a weekend in Chicago with my best friend and it was SO fun.

 

A new tattoo with my Dad's very distinct handwriting! 

Sonoma and Cora spent 2 weeks at Summer camp at Broadmoor. It was tennis, golf and swimming and they LOVED it!  They both learned so much!!  (including how to dive! )

My best friend Todd, from LA, came to visit us and stay with us for a week!

The girls spent a weekend at Grandma and T's and the older girls even went camping with Daddy!!
