Mid-Week Trip to IN

Marcus had to travel to NYC for work Wednesday-Friday, so Sonoma, Dixie and I decided to take a quick trip back to Bloomington for a few days.  We didn't have any activities going on, the weather was nice, and I was feeling great, so we figured we better take advantage of the good timing.  It was my first drive by myself the whole way from Chicago to Bloomington with Sonoma and Dixie, and we all did great on the drive.  We stopped at Grandma and T's house to drop off Dixie, so she could have a fun time playing outside in the woods with T.  (Grandma is on vacation in Costa Rica and we sure did miss her!).  Sonoma was super excited to see T when we pulled up to their house.

After Sonoma's nap, we had great, warm weather and played outside with Grammy and Grandpa's toys and even did sidewalk chalk for the first time.

Auntie K drove down from Indy to spend the afternoon and evening with Sonoma.  The second Sonoma saw her car pull up, she went sprinting over to jump in K's arms!

Sonoma wasn't even in Bloomington an hour before she fell on the driveway and cut up her face.  She's a tough girl though!
