Pumpkins!

It seems like there are way too many fall activities! It's hard to try to fit in all of the fun fall stuff we want to do every weekend. Saturday was full of errands, appointments and cleaning, but today was a beautiful fall Sunday. We spent the morning doing a mini fall photo session on the Fox River in Geneva.  The picture above is a proof from our photographer.  I can't wait to see the rest!  It was quite an exhausting morning.  I never knew how crazy it was getting four people and a dog ready and out the door to a photo shoot outside in 30 degree weather so early in the morning =)  After our photo shoot we all went out to brunch together.

The rest of the day we focused on carving pumpkins and explaining more pumpkin and Halloween related things to Sonoma.  Boy, does that girl ask a LOT of questions.  After answering so many questions from her tonight, I finally answered one of them with, "I don't know."  She said to me, "No, Mommy, don't say I don't know!  That's not the answer!" *Sigh*

Sonoma did NOT like the pumpkin seeds or getting her hands dirty.  I guess I shouldn't have said that WE carved pumpkins.  It was definitely all Marcus.  Sonoma, Cora and I watched ;)

So proud of her little pumpkin

Haha, Soso looks mad here
