My parents and Krista & Jake all came up on Christmas Eve to spend the holiday with us at our house. It was very special to me, to have my entire family all together at my house for Christmas for the 1st time. I was so excited when Krista told me that both her and Jake would be able to come too! It truly meant so much to us.

Santa brought Sonoma her Barbie Dreamhouse with TWO elevators! She has been talking about it for months now!!! She was on cloud 9! And Santa brought Cora her first Cabbage Patch baby doll. Both of the girls got SO many other amazing gifts from everyone as well. We are very grateful and feel so blessed.

We took down all of our Christmas decor yesterday, and Sonoma ran up to me and said "Mom, what are you getting out now - Valentine's stuff??" She was so serious! As much as I love holidays, I told Sonoma we don't have a holiday for quite a while, and I would simply be setting out some "winter" decorations of pine cones, etc. I love that girl's enthusiasm for EVERYTHING in life, but am too exhausted to be thinking of another holiday right now! HA!
