Happy *4th* Birthday, Sonoma Danielle!

Happy Birthday, Sonoma Danielle!

(The link above is the iMovie I made for Sonoma with pics & videos from this past year.  Enjoy!)

This was a picture from right before Sonoma went to bed as her last night as a 3 year old.  She asked me if when she woke up in the morning if her hair would be longer since she will be older.  Funny girl.

Happy birthday sweet girl!

Sonoma woke up to balloons & presents.  She requested eggs for breakfast and pancakes & bacon for dinner.  She spent the day at PDO, where she decided to bring donuts for her birthday treat.  She told me she didn't want to be like everyone else and bring cupcakes.  She said she wanted Dunkin' Donuts, so I brought munchies and she was so happy.  Loved her idea!  She spent the afternoon dressing her Barbies with some new Barbie clothes & doing a puzzle.  We were so excited to head to gymnastics, but she told me after dinner at 5:30 pm she was really tired and just wanted to go to bed.  I wasn't going to argue with that, so she went to bed super early (although it took her forever to fall asleep!)  I really just think she wanted to wear her new Frozen nightgown :)

On Sunday night we took Sonoma to Chuck E. Cheese!  She has been asking to go for months now, after seeing the commercials and driving by time after time.  She had a great time, although I think next time we will leave Cora at home.  It was a little too wild and she was a tad young for all the games and activities.  Poor Sonoma only got 44 tickets and had her eye on the Barbie prizes which were 1000 + tickets.  I forgot how hard it is to get that many tickets!  The competitive side in me wanted to take over all the tokens and play skeeball all night and get her as many tickets as possible, but it was neat for her to see how to play, win and redeem your tickets for prizes.

What a great 4th birthday celebration!  Sonoma is super excited for her party on Sunday afternoon.
