UNCLE D!

This will be my last blog update until after next week.  My sister's wedding is ONE week from today and we have SO much to do in the meantime!  We were happy to have one last big hurrah to end our July on a very positive, fun note:
Uncle D (Marcus' brother, David) came into town from Atlanta, GA to visit us for the weekend!  He arrived late Thursday night and will go home tomorrow morning.  The girls are SO ecstatic Uncle D is visiting and are having such a fun time playing together.  The cutest thing is listening to Cora say Uncle D because she can say it so perfectly clear.  It's adorable!  We definitely miss Aunt Carrie, Adair and Flynn, but the girls have had fun making memories this weekend with David.  We look forward to ALL getting together hopefully sometime in the near future!

Daddy told the girls that David was the world's best swing pusher, so of course that was the 1st thing Sonoma wanted to do on Friday morning,

Daddy to had to work on Friday, and then he and David were able to golf together.  I took the girls to Island Park in Geneva for a play date and picnic with the Greens and the Potereks.

The girls LOVE their sleeping bags but I have limited them to Friday late afternoons/early evenings for a movie while I cook dinner.  This week it was finally our turn on the wait list at the library for Sleeping Beauty
