1st Day of PDO!

Today was the first day EVER of PDO for Cora, and it was also the first day of PDO for both girls together!  Sonoma has been going to PDO since she was 1 and has truly loved it!  The PDO by us now doesn't accept children until age 2, so Cora had to wait until today to go.  It was a very exciting day for both girls AND me - I had 4 whole hours by myself!

Cora did wonderful at PDO!  Thursdays is actually the only day they divide up the kids into two rooms based on ages.  So, Cora and Sonoma were in separate rooms.  They said Cora did SO well, except when the kids were switching rooms and she passed and waved to Sonoma in the hallway.  They said it was like someone ripped her heart out - she cried really hard.  She recovered though, and ate an excellent lunch and made a cute little craft.  When I dropped her off she didn't even say bye to me.  She just ran over to a dollhouse and started playing :)

There you have it!  A successful day for everyone!  I wanted a new look for fall and was finally able to get my hair done in the middle of the day without interrupting my family's weekend schedule or Marcus' weeknight schedule. The girls finally were able to get dropped off at PDO together and had a great time!
