We Miss Daddy. . .

BUT, we LOVE when family comes to visit and help out while he is traveling for work!  Case in point:  Grandma is here this week while Daddy works at the Sybase Championship in New Jersey.  I am so thankful that Grandma is here to help out and spend some quality time with Sonoma.  As I roll into my third trimester this week, I am definitely losing a lot of energy.  The aches and pains and largeness has officially set in.  We ended our busy weekend of hosting our 1st garage sale (which was pretty good considering the weather and the fact that we didn't have a ton of big items to sell ) and then Mother's Day followed by Marcus leaving for New Jersey. I was really happy to have a helpful Grandma here for the week!

 Sonoma decided she wanted to take Grandma to the Children's Museum on Wednesday.  She had a blast running all over the museum from exhibit to exhibit.  I had fun resting on all of the benches along the way :)

Presents. . . 

Today we went shopping at Oakbrook all day and enjoyed another perfect day of sunshine and warm weather.  We ate lunch at one of our favorites - the Nordstrom Cafe and then I had a chance to catch up on some much needed rest this afternoon.  Whenever we are home, Sonoma refuses to be indoors.  She loves her new yard, grass, and being outside.  What a fun week with Grandma so far!
