Cora is 7 Months!

Happy 7 months, Cora Brighton!  I feel like this past month just flew by!  I'll have to say that this is my absolute favorite baby stage.  Cora has such a fun personality, but she's not yet mobile, so it's also known as the "honeymoon stage" in baby years :)  I get the most joy out of watching Cora light up when Sonoma enters the room.  She starts kicking and moving and shrieking and smiling.  This little girl is constantly moving her arms and legs and always in an excited state of mind ( see above picture ).  She still isn't crawling, but she is rolling like crazy, and pushing off her toe and spins herself in circles on her belly.  We see her push up to her knees, but no movement yet.  She is sitting up, but still topples over sometimes. Cora is still eating and sleeping great.  She goes down for bed between 6 & 6:30 pm and sleeps until somewhere between 6:30 and 7:00 am.

-watching Sonoma dance, sing, yell and entertain
-watching Dixie
-music and songs
-Sophie the giraffe
-pacifiers
-sleep sacks
-spitting & making funny noises with her mouth
-eating in general
-puffs & cheerios for snacks
-peas, green beans & oatmeal
-diamonds and mommy's jewelry.  She's a smart girl - she scopes out the sparkly stuff!
-her exersaucer
-car rides
-her sleep sheep
-her light-up sea horse

Cora goes back to the doctor this week for her flu shot booster.  I'm hoping I can get a quick weigh-in.  She is growing and striving in every which way and we love her to pieces!

We just put her in the hi-chair for the first time yesterday.  She looks so small!
