We decided to go home for a last minute trip to Bloomington on Friday. We hadn't been to Indiana since Thanksgiving and Cora had never been to Grandma and T's house before. Marcus and I also haven't had a date night out in I honestly can't remember????, so we were able to kill a few birds with one stone.
Not quite the Spring break weather you would expect. . . .
Pretty, but it would have been nice at Thanksgiving or Christmas....
It was a long roadtrip, but definitely worth it! However, I've had my share of public bathrooms for a LONG time now. I can't wait for the warm weather to do outside diaper changes in the back of the car!
Sonoma had a sleepover by herself at Mimi and Pa's house on Saturday.

Marcus and I spent the day on Sunday with Krista and Jake and cheering on the Hoosiers.
Sonoma had her hair braided for the first time:
Cora rode in a stroller facing forward for the first time:
Cora enjoyed her first stay at Grandma and T's house. She also stole Sonoma's new hat that Grandma made for her to match her scarf. It was too small for Sonoma, but fit Cora perfectly.
I only have a slight obsession with matching outfits for the girls:

Sonoma and Cora were able to spend some real special time with their Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Spore. Cora was the most content in Great-Grandma's arms. It was so sweet.

Sonoma enjoyed making milkshakes with T again:
We came home this week and have continued our Spring break right here at home. No big plans, other than preparing for Easter. Sonoma attended a Spring break camp at My Gym yesterday and had a blast! I went for an outdoor run with the girls today and even though we don't have any snow here in Chicago, it's still really cold out. We look forward to warmer temps for Easter weekend.
