Happy 9 Months, Cora B!

9 Months!!! Cora is a really happy baby and I'm loving her at 9 months. She is such a little hip baby, and is most content resting on my hip, with her little fingers grasping onto the backs of my arm and shoulder. She is still going through what I like to call the "stranger danger!" phase, and cries a lot when strangers (anyone besides Mama ) look at her or want to hold her. Otherwise, she is smiling and happy.
Look out world, I'm crawling!!

Cora just started crawling and she also started getting herself into a sitting position from being on her stomach. I found her this morning sitting up in her crib and she looked like such a big baby! Cora loves to clap her hands, dance, and play with her sister's keyboard and listen to music.  She is a great eater, nurses in the morning, takes 3 bottles a day and is still napping 3 times a day.  We are working on lots of baby signs and it is amazing how many words she can now understand.

We went to the doctor today for her 9 month well visit and all is good!  She weighed in at 17.1 pounds and is 25.5 inches tall.  She did the best she's every done at the doctor and there were NO tears when the nurses or doctor came in.  She only cried a tiny bit after her one (1) shot!  Thankfully, Sonoma was there to hold her hand :) :)

Just lounging at the doctor's office

Killing time at the doctor's.  Can you see Sonoma sipping on her Starbucks in the background?!

Post-shot special lunch at Luigi's.  I've found that it is wayyy easier to go to a sit down restaurant when I am out with both of the girls by myself.  I just can't handle getting high-chairs, food, drinks, etc by myself!  Heck, I even dropped my Starbucks all over myself this morning in the parking lot.  I'd much rather be waited on :)

Do these cheeks get ANY cuter?!

Such a big girl!
