Double Digits [Cora is 10 Months!]

Double digits!  10 Months, yeah!  Can you tell that Miss Cora B is in the middle of a huge growth spurt?  She looks really big to me in the picture above.  This past week she has been sleeping like crazy.  On Friday night she slept from 6:00 PM until 8:15 AM!  And then she is still taking two awesome naps a day.  She is my little chunky monkey and I love her to pieces.  Here is what she has been up to this past month:

-finally dropped her 3rd nap, so she takes 1 morning nap and 1 afternoon nap
-sleeps about 13 hours a night on average
-crawling really super-duper fast
-always on her knees pulling up on things and occasionally will stand up on her feet
-always hungry and has to have her 3 meals and 2 snacks a day!  Wants whatever Sonoma and I are eating
-cannot fall asleep without Coffee the pink mouse in her crib and snuggled up to her cheek.  We forgot him a couple of naps and nights and she screamed and cried until he was back in her crib.  (Coffee was Sonoma's lovie when she was a baby and she passed him along to Cora)
-can sign:  dog, more, all done, mama, dada, milk, eat
-can give hugs and working on kisses when prompted
-says dog and dada all the time
-loves to swing and have dance parties with her sissy
-loves books, puzzles & balloons

Cora loves crawling through this tunnel back and forth!

I am starting to see a little fiesty side of Cora, as she tries to keep up with Sonoma.  If she wants something that Sonoma has, or Sonoma takes something away from her, she starts to throw this little fit that she just started doing.  It's really quite funny, but she is starting to get a lot more confident and determined!

Still no sign of a tooth, but that doesn't stop her from eating tons of table food.  I'm so glad she is such a great eater.

Waking up to this smile is such a great way to start my day

Watching Barney with Sonoma!

Cora went to her first library class last week!  It was a lap-sit story time and she had a fun time

Sonoma is always making sure that Cora doesn't fall back when she is standing up

And this is what happened last week during lunch when Cora didn't take her morning nap:

Cora had a great 10 month birthday working out with me while Sissy was at soccer, and then we went to the park and she even got to try a few licks of my ice cream cone this afternoon.  It was a good day :)
