It's March!

Nothing says March like another big snow storm!  Even Sonoma is over this weather.  She got all bundled up on Sunday, and came inside after about 10 minutes saying she was tired of the snow.  Me too....me too.

I'm so happy we got a snow blower this year!

We had a big weekend trip to Indiana planned, but ended up coming home two days early due to the snow storm.  However, we are very grateful we were able to continue on with at least our Friday plans. On Friday night, Marcus and I stayed downtown in Indy and attended the Ice Miller Wine Fest with our dear friends, Marc & Stephanie.  We had a BLAST spending Friday and Saturday morning downtown on our old stomping grounds in the city of Indy.  Sonoma & Cora went down to Bloomington and spent the day and night with my parents.  Krista and Jake came down and spent Saturday morning and lunch with Sonoma and Cora before my parents brought the girls back to Indy to meet us.  Sonoma also got to visit her Great-Grandma which was very special.  Marcus and I had plans to go down to Bloomington and spend time with each of our families, visit my Grandparents, and meet one of my best friend's fiance.  The snow had already started in Chicago, and we didn't want to chance getting stuck on the road on our return trip.  We made the smart choice to head home.  I'm still really sad we didn't get to finish the rest of our trip, but I'm even more excited now to visit again soon.

Road Trip!
