Life Lately

Life lately has been nuts.  We have had so many parties, events, school functions, and meetings that most days my head is spinning!  I am still trying to figure out how to balance everything on my plate.  But, as one of my fearless leaders at work always says when people complain about not having room on their plate:  "just get a bigger plate!"  ;)

I missed my company's Convention last week in Las Vegas.  I am so grateful that I was able to experience "Virtual Convention" in the comfort of my own home  I love Rodan + Fields!

Rough day at the office

I feel like Blakesley has been in the car SO much lately.  I love laying on the ground and playing with her at home when we have time

We had a long holiday 4 day weekend.  One day Marcus and I had a sitter for the big girls while we went to a Chili Cook-off for one of his colleagues.  There were 18 chiles we had to try!  It was a great event! And, Blakesley loved sleeping on me the whole time.

Going strong in my book club.  The only time I have to read is usually when Blakesley is eating or sleeping on me

I was able to sneak out to an afternoon movie with some friends one day and Marcus texted me this picture

B's first time at the Phillips Park Zoo

The girls built a zoo ( see all the animals in cages?!)

The 4 day weekend meant lots of sister time together.  Cora was beyond thrilled.  On Friday when the girls had a half day, I had to work all afternoon.  I watched Sonoma and Cora play make believe outside with a box for 3 hours.  It was the greatest thing to watch!!

Saturday morning it was so pretty outside, so I decided to snap some autumn pictures of the girls:

Classic Cora.  Best smile of Blakesley and Cora was mad she didn't get to hold her.

I truly feel so lucky and blessed that these three beauties are mine!

Checking out the alligators at the local zoo

We've had beautiful weather lately!  Cora and I have both been sick so it was nice to get some fresh air

Thanks, Cora!

Daddy took the big girls to Spring Bluff Nursery's Fall Festival.  He said it was the best one!  Completely free! Pony rides, crafts, food, and so much fun!
Even though October is one busy month ( and I swore it wasn't going to be! )  we are truly enjoying the beautiful weather and fun packed into it!
