My Rodan + Fields Convention trip this year was absolutely incredible, memorable and filled with memories that I will forever treasure. This was my first trip to Las Vegas, and it certainly won't be my last. Because of the timing of my trip and everything that happened in the city, I feel as if a piece of my heart will always be in Las Vegas. I was very nervous going, but once I got there, I was so thankful that I proceeded with my trip. All of the locals I spoke to said that our group of women brought so much positive energy to the city, and we helped them get back on track in the right direction. Everyone I met and everywhere you went, there was SO much kindness. You could literally feel the love. To see so many people come together after a time of tragedy in our country, it was wonderful. There was a lot of love that was spread, a lot of blood donated, and a lot of dollars raised to help out the families of the victims.
I am so grateful for my part-time job with Rodan + Fields. What I thought was just a little gig to earn some free skincare and maybe a little bit of extra money, has turned into something SO MUCH BIGGER! Not only do I get the chance to help people get the best skin of their life and build confidence, but I get to help all of the women and men on my team create lives they want to live. We get to help others and give back! This opportunity is one of a kind and I love seeing the changes it creates. I loved being around my tribe of empowering women in Las Vegas. We do good, dream big, seize the day and make an impact! If your job is not allowing you to do these things, and to live a life you love, please reach out to me and start a conversation to see if Rodan + Fields may be a good fit for you.
My power partner, Amy and I shared a room together at the MGM Grand and it brought flashbacks of our college days together living at the Tri Delt sorority house!

| We worked hard, but we also played hard :) |
| My favorite night was our VIP Premier Level V party at Wet Republic Pool. It was a wine country theme for our upcoming trip to San Fransisco and Napa/Sonoma that we earned. I can't wait to travel again with Sharron and Dawn! |
| Of course, the Doctors launched new products! Not 1, not 2, but THREE! If you haven't yet ordered the new Intensive Renewing Serum or AMP MD Roller or aren't on my wait list for the new Bright Eye Complex, contact me today! |

| Proud to have some of my Team members with me in Vegas. TEAM SOLEIL! |
| I felt like I got a great Vegas experience. I went to a Lil Jon Concert, a rooftop bar, a few great restaurants, and I even played a slot machine ( I won 20 Cents! Ha! ). |

| Rooftop of the Paris Hotel |
| The Level V Leaders threw a dinner at Ceasar's Palace |
| We made the big screen at our opening session on Saturday morning! |
| I was so impressed that R+F had huge MURALS all over the convention center and hotel saying our hearts are with Vegas. The fact that they were able to paint these murals and get them up just two days after the horrific shooting was really neat. |
The gala the last night was so much fun! We had a private Rachel Platten concert and James Corden was our emcee for the night!
| We raised so much money over convention for our Prescription for Change Foundation to help build schools in different inner cities. We also donated a portion of this to the Red Cross and the shooting victims' families in Las Vegas |
While I had such an amazing trip, I missed my girls soooo much. I couldn't wait to come home to their kisses and cuddles. The squeal that came out of Blakesley's mouth when she saw me walk through the door was truly one to remember forever!!
