Sonoma's Trip to Bloomington!

Sonoma went to Bloomington for a long weekend away at Grandma and T's house.  It was her first trip to Bloomington on her own since we went to Ireland.  She has grown up so much since then, so she was very excited about the trip and truly had a wonderful time away.  Grandma and T came up to visit with us and play with Cora beforehand.

Before Grandma and T drove Sonoma back to Indiana, Sonoma must have really started processing the whole trip in her head.  She began to ask them a TON of questions about their house.  She wanted to know if they would have cereal, milk, a hall light for bedtime, a little potty, and the list goes on and on.  It was so cute!  Sure enough, she had MORE than everything she needed at Grandma and T's house and really had a great time down there!  She even got to spend a day at Mimi and Pa's house.  Krista and Jake came down from Indy to eat lunch and play with her.  She got lots of love and attention from her favorite people.

She wasn't supposed to tell me, but she ended up spilling the beans about her special chocolate milkshakes that T made for her!

Luckily the weather wasn't too bad and Sonoma spent a lot of time outside

She even helped build a camp fire and roasted marshmallows.  I was definitely jealous.
