Life this week has been a bit nuts. Marcus has been downtown busy preparing for his 1st Summer event, the
Chicago Ale Fest. Friends: I hope you can go check out this event! It's such an incredible location right on the Lake at Buckingham Fountain! We won't see Marcus again until Sunday, but we know he's working hard and this is his busy season.

Meanwhile, I am trying to keep the girls entertained and civilized. Luckily we have had swim lessons the past three days. Cora started private swim lessons too and has been doing a great job. She has absolutely NO FEAR, which is super scary to watch. She's already going under and getting diving sticks at the bottom of the pool and wants to swim "alone." She's been swallowing lots of water and I've tried to tell her she needs to listen and learn a little more first! Sonoma's been busy with gymnastics practice, and she actually took a little nap yesterday afternoon! I was SHOCKED to say the least, but I know she needed to rest! Her body is very sore and tired. Sonoma had her 1st play date with a friend at her friend's pool ( without me there ) so that was a big deal and things went really well. I took the girls to the Children's Museum this week, and they had a play date with a friend over this afternoon. Tomorrow we round out our week with gymnastics for Sonoma, a birthday party for Cora, and my Sister and her family are coming to visit for the Ale Fest!

Fun at the museum!

Cora - Mommy dinner date at Chickfila last night. I couldn't find a sitter to put Cora to bed for Sonoma's late night of gymnastics, so we made the best of our late night time together.

Went to tuck Cora in and found every single animal she owns piled on top of her!
Today marks 33 weeks for the baby and I! Baby is the size of a honeydew melon and seems to be getting bigger every day! I'm still doing well, just really tired and my nights are pretty terrible. I go back to the doctor next week, and then one more 2 week appointment after that. And, then I will be at the doctor every week. It's hard to believe the end is near. I have lots to cram in before the baby is born!
