This past weekend was what I like to call a classic Summer Indianapolis weekend. We went to the Indiana State Fair and the 1st Indianapolis Colts game. It was the girls' first time going to the fair, and Cora and Blakesley's 1st time going to the Colts game. I wish every weekend could be like this!
| Marcus had field passes for us before the game and amazing suite tickets on the 50 yard line. The girls were definitely spoiled. |
| SO special taking all 3 of my daughters out on the field. It felt great being back down there and having them with me. |
| She was dancing to all the music! |
| The girls met two of the cheerleaders and got autographs and were on top of the world! |
| Loving their seats + all the food and treats in the suite |
| Love my tribe. |
And, the State Fair, was....well...the State Fair. HA! I am not a big fair person, but I did want to go and take the girls. Plus, my Dad LOVED the Fair. He used to always take my Sister and I. So, my Sis and her family met us there. Marcus of course had tickets through work, so we ended up having an amazing weekend, all for free :)
| Their fave....Sponge Bob! |
| I felt so official taking this Indy pic. Until I realized I was wearing my Chicago hat! :-p |
| Covered bridge pic for my Dad. He loved covered bridges! |
| The girls loved the DNR building and saw a catfish and wanted me to send it to T. Reminded them of catching catfish in his lake |
| Learning how to shoot. |
After the Fair, I took the big girls swimming at the pool and Marcus spent some QT with Blakesley.
| Claire and Tenney had to come to the pool too. |
| And, then, Marcus and I finally went on our first 1:1 date night since May! It was wonderful. A very nice dinner out and we had gift cards for our meal. Win - Win! |
