Almost Fall!

Even though it's technically not Fall yet, we have already gotten into the Fall spirit around our house.  I finally convinced Marcus to let me put out some fall decor and begin my baking and cooking of all things pumpkin. Sonoma has taken an interest in my cooking and baking, so I let her help me bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins.  They were a little messy and intense for a two year old, but she only managed to ruin one of the muffins by dumping an entire bag of pecans in one of the muffin cup's batter ;)

I'm starting to realize how tough it is to cook dinner every night for the family!  Luckily I was able to keep Sonoma entertained with window clings while Cora slept yesterday morning so I could throw a crockpot meal together.

We took Cora to Chick-fil-A for the first time, as well as Oberweis.  She slept through both excursions, would you believe it? Ha!

And, Sonoma is ready for the Keeneland races =)  I wish we could get down there!

I feel like I'm slacking on taking pictures with our camera of Cora.  I guess that's what happens when you have a second child.  I'm usually just snapping pictures of everyone on my iPhone or iPad since it's so convenient.
