Little Miss Blakesley turned 1 week old yesterday! It's hard to believe a week has already flown by, but at the same time, I cannot imagine our lives without her!
Sonoma and Cora want to be around Blakesley every possible minute of the day. They ask to hold her all day long, and are slowly starting to understand just how much she is sleeping and eating. Cora gets frustrated and wants to know when she can play and crawl and be more active.
Blakesley lost 14 ounces at her 2 day Doctor check-up, so we had to go back two additional times last week for weight checks. By the 3rd visit, she was up 3.2 ounces and the Doctor was satisfied and no longer worried. I wasn't really that worried myself, since my milk had barely come in at that point. I think she is doing just fine! Her umbilical cord fell off on day 5!

| First time holding Blakesley! |
| She LOVES her sleep sacks for night time. |
| She also loves her Rock n' Play that her Cousin Scarlett bought her. She has been sleeping in it at night in our room. ( Do you see who is sleeping next to Blakesley on the floor? ) |
On Monday afternoon, Grandma and T arrived to help us out for the week. T went home Wednesday, but Grandma stayed through Friday. It was really nice to visit with them and also have extra help for the week!

| I caught a smile on camera when she was dreaming! |
| Proud big sister |
| I LOVE baby snuggles. I miss how the first time around you can just lay at home sleeping and feeding all day, without any interruptions. Life is a little different now with two other little people who constantly need me! |

| One afternoon the girls baked a cake with Grandma! |
On Thursday night, Marcus and I gave Blakesley her first bath. Quite entertaining! ;)
| All clean and snug in a towel.....until she pooped! |
| Catching a quick nap with Blakesley and loving every minute of it |
| The girls and I watched the Olympics most of the weekend |
| And, we took our first family walk on Sunday night |
| I missed the memo for the serious face and hand on the hip! |
