Sonoma's 1st Day of Preschool

Happy 1st day of official Preschool, Sonoma Danielle!  That grin in the picture above can't get any better!  You were so genuinely excited this morning, you were just beaming!   I could just tell from the moment you came downstairs.  You were really excited to find a good luck card with some well wishes written inside from myself and your Daddy.  You proudly displayed it on your dresser along with the 1st day of Preschool sign I made for you.  You picked out your outfit and headband and are such a big girl who can do so many things all by yourself. You couldn't wait to go to your brand new school and make new friends, and boy did you do a great job!  I had a wonderful report from your teacher, and she said you were really sweet and helpful and did a good job of cleaning things up.  You told me you ate a great lunch that they served you, and you didn't spill your milk that came in a regular glass!  You had a fun time, even though it was really hot outside, on the playground, and you made 2 new friends:  Kayla and Hunter. You learned all about the color red and you made a red crayon that I have hanging up on our family calendar.  You told me the teacher said on Wednesday you are having pizza for lunch - how cool!  I love you, Sonoma, and we are SO proud of you and how brave and confident you are.  We are looking forward to what's in store during your year of Preschool!
