We woke up Sunday morning to the Blizzard of 2015! I'm so thankful I didn't have to drive back home in this. It started snowing Saturday night right at 9:00 PM like they predicted. Marcus started snow blowing by mid-morning, and then we all joined him outside after he finished the driveway and sidewalks. I'm so glad we have a snow blower!
I love this picture of Art, Jon and Marcus all snow blowing and shoveling. Maybe it's more fun with friends? I wouldn't know. (I tried using the snow blower once and honestly it was just too massive for me to maneuver around)
This snow isn't wet, and not the best to build a snowman, but we knew this may be our only chance to build one! The last snows were too dangerously cold to go outside, and yesterday morning it was in the 30s and not too bad at all. So, we worked for a really long time and we finally finished our masterpiece. My aunt and uncle got us the cutest snowman kit and the girls were thrilled to use it.
The snow got way too deep for Miss Cora to navigate her way through it, and after a few bad falls, she called it quits. I was happy to finally go inside and make some hot chocolate for everyone.
Sonoma had a birthday party to attend today, and there was no way a blizzard was going to stop Queen Elsa! Daddy drove her to the party. It was her second drop-off party, which she really enjoyed. It's fun she's finally at that age to be dropped off for birthdays!
Rapunzel made an appearance at the party and did all of the girls' make-up!!
After the birthday party and a long nap for Cora, we went over to our neighbors' house for a Super Bowl party! I really wish the COLTS were in it, so I really didn't care too much about the game. I was more excited about making food and socializing with all my friends. I'm so glad we have such awesome neighbors!

We only had to walk next door to get home after the party, but boy was it hard! The snow was past my shins and it was blowing like crazy all over the place.
