Mid-Week Visitors!

Grandma and T were on their way home from their annual fishing trip and Canada this past week.  While driving back to Indiana, they stopped in Chicago and spent a few days with us.  Sonoma was very excited to see two of her favorite people.  She's seen so many of her favorite people already this summer and I know she loves every visit from our family.  T & Grandma were SO helpful around our house and helped us out with a ton of different household projects, chores and errands.  We are very grateful for all they did for us and the house during their visit.  A nice, unexpected surprise!

On their second night here we went out to dinner in downtown Geneva and then of course had to stop at Graham's for ice cream afterwards.

Sonoma was sad to see them leave on Friday, but she will hopefully see everyone again soon in a few weeks during our planned trip to Bloomington.  Please just keep your fingers crossed for my doctor's appointment in 5 days.  I need good news!
